Membership Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Membership Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the membership rights and obligations between VIP Transfer Turkey (the "Company") and its members ("Member"). By becoming a member of the Company, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Membership Eligibility

• To become a member, individuals must be at least 18 years old and agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for membership.
• The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its sole discretion.

Membership Benefits

• Members of VIP Transfer Turkey are entitled to exclusive offers, discounts, and priority booking services.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue certain membership benefits without prior notice.

Membership Obligations

• Members are responsible for keeping their account information up to date, including contact details and payment information.
• Members must adhere to all Company policies and follow the guidelines provided for using transportation services.
• Members must not share their membership details with unauthorized individuals. Any misuse of membership privileges may result in termination of the membership.

Membership Fees

• Membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable and must be paid in accordance with the Company's fee structure.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust membership fees. Members will be notified in advance of any changes.

Cancellation and Termination of Membership

• Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting the Company. Cancellations will take effect immediately, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of the Agreement or other Company policies. Terminated members are not eligible for refunds.

Liability and Responsibility

The Company is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained by members during the use of transportation services. Members must ensure their personal safety and secure any necessary insurance coverage for unforeseen incidents. The Company disclaims all liability for any accidents, damages, or losses incurred during the provision of services.

Privacy and Data Protection

• The Company collects and processes personal data provided by members in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Members can review the Privacy Policy for more details on data handling.
• Members have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of their personal data by contacting the Company's data protection officer.

Amendments to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to members, and continued use of membership privileges will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through the courts of Antalya.
